Allimant-Laugner Crmant d'Alsace Brut Ros NV

Winemaker's Notes:

Wine Enthusiast: A soft, almond-flavored wine packed with sweet strawberries. There is good acidity balanced by some caramel and softness, which make this a good bet as an apéritif wine. From 100% Pinot Noir.

Bright, almost translucent pink rose hue with aromas of violets and unripe strawberries; sublime flavor notes of white cherries and summer flowers dance across the moderate palate expression. Great acidity, a good food wine.
