The fruit is plump yellow peach and apricot on the palate with cutting acids that help refresh the finish. A bit simple but fresh and with good intensity. 86pts

Supple and elegant on the palate, with light mineral flavours, while its aromatic finish suggests good ageing potential. Ideal as an aperitif wine, it also pairs well with raw or casseroled seafood. It enhances simple dips and goes well with sushi, sashimi, tempura, vegetable soups and light withe meat dishes such as chicken and turkey.
