A true expression of Pinot Noir with subtle yet textured tannins and well balanced acidity. Blackcurrant, dark doris plums and ripe cherry dominate the flavour profile. The 100% new & used French oak aids structure and lends savory mushroom characters and smokiness to the wine. An extremely food friendly wine, it is particularly suitable to gamey meats, savory dishes or can be enjoyed on its own. Best served at room temperature and given a little time to breathe. Drink now or cellar for up to 5 years.
