Colour: Pale straw with green tinges. Aroma: Lifted lime aromatics with hints of citrus blossom, passionfruit and green apple. Palate: Fresh, powerful and elegant with lime, citrus and mineral flavours nicely balanced by fine natural acidity. Cellaring: Drinking well now, this wine will cellar well for up to ten years.
