RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
Food Pairings for Alice White Chardonnay
One of my personal favorites. The nose is beautiful with hints of a citrus and floral variety. The flavor boasts a tropical fruit variety that pairs well with almost any dish. It is particularly great with fish, red meat, and the most robust smelliest of cheeses.

Clean and fruity - what can one reasonably ask of a wine at this price point? Pineapple and other tropical fruit flavors are delivered by a round, easy mouthfeel and soft finish.
Soft, with pear and spice flavors, finishing with a touch of wet earth. Drink now.
Fresh, fruity and open, here's a pretty mouthful of tropical fruit and apple flavors that linger on the soft finish. Forward toasted-oak nose, mineral, citrus and floral accents; toasted-oak flavors. Good value in an oaky style. Try with crab and lobster crepes or scallops with pesto.
Combines tropical fruit and peaches in a soft, medium-bodied Chardonnay that's patterned just right for mainstream tastes. Ubiquitous, with 290,000 cases imported.
An entry-level wine, pleasingly round and soft, with enough vanilla, melon and tropical fruit flavors to merit commendation. Could use a touch more crispness, but at this price, who's complaining?
Fresh and lively, with pineapple, pear and cream aromas and flavors. Finishes a bit sweet, with silky texture. Drink now.
Soft and ripe, with a spicy, almost Viognier-like character to the pear and orange flavors. Drink now.
