Food Pairings for Alfred Rothschild et Cie Champagne Blend Champagne
I bought it the local Co-op near Lausanne at $25, Laurent Perrier was $38 and Veuve Cliquot $42. It had a very attractive flowery nose. The taste was clean but a bit simple and slightly appley. The after-taste was a bit hard but a little more bottle age would probably help. Overall good value.

Made from three varieties of Champagne grapes. This Champagne has the elegance of a Chardonnay, as well as the fruityness of Pinot Meunier. Goes well with seafood or enjoyed by itself.
