The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon has great texture and structure with a medium mouthfeel. There are aromas of dark plum, cherry, cassis, warm barrel spice, vanilla and dark chocolate. In the glass there are concentrated flavors of cherry, cassis, blackberry, plum, spice, tobacco and chocolate. 94% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Merlot, 1.5% Cabernet Franc, 1% Malbec, 0.5% Petit Verdot. Barrel aged 14 months in French and American oak (25% new). Alcohol 14.0%.
