- The color is dark ruby red. Aromas of cherries, currants, cedar and anise dominate the nose, along with a hint of clove. Medium to full-bodied, this wine displays abundant cherry and currant fruit on the palate and a velvety mouth feel. Supple and polished throughout, it finishes withfirm tannins. As with previous vintages, thisis an extremely drinkable Cabernet Sauvignon, yet will age well for 10-15 years.
