Ales Kristancic is an 8th generation winemaker in his family and a pioneer in the natural wine movement in Slovenia. His wines are certified organic, and biodynamic methods are used in the winemaking, including use of native yeasts. The Rebula (Ribolla Gialla) has a nose of ripe apple, pear, banana, citrus and a hint of vanilla. Elegant, full, fresh are the attributes in the mouth. Great with trout or salmon, as well as oysters. Alcohol 13.0%.
