Extremely soft in the mouth, elegant and with good persistence. For immediate consumption, or during the next 4 years, at a temperature of 16-18°C. Ideal to enjoy by itself, but also pairs nicely with red and white meat, fat fish, cheese, pasta and baked vegetables.", in Producer s website.
