Albrecht Cremant d'Alsace Brut Rose' NV
Editorial Reviews for Albrecht Cremant d'Alsace Brut Rose'
A little incense and spice greets the nose followed by hints of cranberry fruit and a touch of golden apple with a slight mineral accent. Very smooth and soft in the mouth with subtle cranberry and strawberry flavors up front yielding to more typical apple and earthy yeasty flavors on the backend. Just a touch sweet and attractively firm on the backend, this is pretty simple stuff that lacks some depth in the mouth. 83pts

rosy, strawberry, peach aromas with some strawberry shortcake. on the palate, strawberry cream and a touch of raspberry, a nice crispness to start and finished with with strawberry/peach cream flavors. yummy!
creamy and smooth with berry notes, a more delicate finesse.
Good tart berry flavors, nice bubbles, very smooth. Good sparkling for the money.
I simply just love this! I used to drink only Veuve Cliquot but those days of paying that high of a price are long gone since discovering this hidden gem! Delicious!
Very Nice. Not over the top. Simplicity has found a sweet spot inside of this bottle.

Along with strawberry and red raspberry fruit suggestions that are enhanced by the wine's discreet hint of sweetness, there are saline, meaty, and herbal notes to add interest to both the nose and a lush palate, and the hints of salinity and bitterness in the finish make for an invigorating complement to the wine's prominent fruit.
This is a beautiful methode champenoise sparkling rose made from 100% PInot Noir. Elegant pale salmon color hints at the bright strawberry and cherry flavors carried aloft by lots of rolling bubbles. A perfect celebration wine - try it with turkey, ham or simply for a festive toast!
