Albet I Noya Xarel.lo Blanc 2008
Petit Albet is produced from Tempranillo and Garnatxa grapes grown organically in three vineyards within the Albet I Noya Can Vendrell estate in Costers de l’Ordal and Turons de Piera. The densely planted vineyards and are rich in calcareous clay-laden soils with very low levels of organic materials. The vines range in age from 15 to 30 years. Once harvested the grapes are macerated for ten days and fermented in stainless steel tanks at twenty-three degrees Celsius for nine days. The wine is lightly clarified, cold stabilized and lightly filtered prior to bottling.

Petit Albet Red has an enticing aroma of fresh berries. In the mouth there is an abundance of fresh fruit flavors and soft, round tannins that create a silky texture. Completely organic, this wine is suitable for Vegans.
