Winemaker's Notes:
This wine is called Petit — meaning “young” in Catalan — because it is a young wine. Hand-harvested in September, alcoholic fermentation occurred in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks over a period of 21 days at 15°C. The wine was filtered, fined, and refrigerated prior to bottling. Produced without egg-white fining, this is a vegan-friendly option.
Tasting Notes:
An easily approachable wine, it was made in an attractive, uncomplicated style. It has a light and fresh bouquet with delicate aromas. Clean and elegant on the palate, with notes of ripe apples, green pepper, and lemon and good mineral qualities.
