Alamos Cabernet Sauvignon 2000

Member Review by Siobhan Mattison:

Tastes a lot like a Gewurtztraminer but drier. Very sweet. Good paired with strong or spicy food. Lychees.

Felipe Stahlschmidt is the chief winemaker. Grapes are grown in the high altitude slopes of Mendoza and hand-selected for quality, ensuring only the best grapes are used. They are then vinified using precise details which preserve their inherent flavors and aromas. All of this contributes to a high quality, value-driven wine. Alamos produces Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Torrontes in young and reserva styles.  Read less
