Nose: Grapefruit, slight petrol, citrus fruits and lemongrass

Notes: Tropical fruit, Dole pineapple juice, spiced rum notes initially. Acid on the mid-palate, but more sweet than dry. Finish redolent of yellow freezer pop - sweet bananas. Easy summer drinking, could use a little more acid, high delicious factor.

Pair with: Tacos, blackened fish, good by itself
Residual Sugar: 1.6%
