Agustinos Sauvignon Blanc Reserva 2008

Winemaker's Notes:

The Agustinos Bio Bio vineyards are located 500 km south of Santiago and are situated at an altitude of 75 metres above sea level. The climate is a sub humid Mediterranean with the sea influence from the Pacific Ocean, the vines are grown in medium to poor soils, with stones and sandy areas and are on gentle slopes close to Bio-Bio River. This Sauvignon Blanc is a pale yellow with lemon tinges. Its is aromatic and zesty on the palate, with a beutifully clean finish. Best serve chilled as an aperitif or with fish and pasta dishes.
