Agustinos Estate Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 2010

Member Review by Slipstream:

I bought this cheap stuff because I wanted a little bottle to store leftover wine in. Considering the rock bottom price, it was pretty good. Sour-sweet burnt rubber nose. It is tannic, with a bit of vinegary/lemony sourness and some skin-like bitterness. But OK overall.

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

Oaky cherries on the nose. Huge spiced fruit bomb with lots of oak. Its spiciness tries to hide its lack of complexity but comes up short.
