Agustinos Agustinos Pinot Noir Reserva Bio Bio Chile Screwcap Closure 2008

Winemaker's Notes:

The Agustinos Bio Bio vineyards are located 500 km south of Santiago and are situated at an altitude of 75 metres above sea level. The climate is a sub humid Mediterranean with the sea influence from the Pacific Ocean, the vines are grown in medium to poor soils, with stones and sandy areas and are on gentle slopes close to Bio-Bio River. Fine red fruit aromas of cherries and strawberries combined with Bio Bio's characteristic mineral notes. Well structured on the palate with rich fruit and minerality.

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
