Very nice grower champagne. It has an open, almost lacy texture with lots of froth and bead. Aromas of warm brioche, lemon and apple become more focused on the palate, showing more green apple and a nutty edge. Definitely has some complexity, and is far less assertive than most of the house style champagnes at this price point.

Agrapart champagne is the archetype of the blanc de blancs producer (100% Chardonnay). In selecting the best grapes of all seven villages, they have succeeded in demonstrating the fundamental character of Cótes des Blancs in one cuvée. 100% of the fruit comes from estate-owned parcels located in each of the seven villages in the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Oger, Oiry, Cramant, Avenay Val d'Or, Bergères les Vertus and Mardeuil.
