The nose greets with wet stone, then black plum and blueberry. This wine has big tannins and is super dry. Framed with pencil lead, it's loaded with blue and black fruits and some hints of pepper on the back palate. It lingers long and coats. After the finish, sweet blackberry lingers. - Tasted at Sonoma tasting room Feb 2011
