his wine is a perfect example of why Cabernet Sauvignon is considered the King of grapes-it epitomizes just why people love it. Deep aromas and flavors of cassis and blackcurrant, rich vanilla, and creme caramel wave over your palate and linger in an incredibly long finish. Just try and put it down-its richly concentrated fruit and complexity will entice you over and over again.

Our 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon put Adobe Road on the map, winning three top awards! Since then, we have never looked back! concentrated blackberry, spice and vanilla aromas surrender to a rich, blackberry explosion in our 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon! A long, complex finish embraces fresh cedar and mint notes in this seductive drinker--perfect for drinking now or cellaring for years to come!

Hand harvested whole clusters that were cold soaked and fermented in small, open-top bins that were punched down twice daily through fermentation and gently basket pressed.
