Adelsheim Pinot Blanc Chehalem Mountains Bryan Creek Vineyard 2008

Winemaker's Notes:

The 2007 vintage has bright citrus characteristics followed up by a fresh and lively finish. Subtle hints of melon are on the nose. This wine is an excellent choice with Thai curry mussels trout poultry dishes and any assortment of cheese. This wine was bottled in April 2008.

Being a red wine fan, I have not had much luck with finding a white that didn't taste a thin as water and I really like. This wine was lovely. Great body and fruit.
