Big Pinot from Paso Robles. Fantastic nose, lots of dark fruit, medium tannins, great balance.
Full bodied Cal style Pinot Noir. I'm not sure if you need to make California terroir function like Burgundy, so Adelaida doesn't bother. They use the calcareous soils to generate a rich and vibrant pinot noir. Nicely textured fruit, lively acidic and finishes with a richness to help generate discussion, pleasure, and contentment.
