The Adam estate is located in the heart of Alsace in the village of Ammerschwiher, which enjoys an exceptional microclimate of sunny, warm and dry days that guarantees ideal conditions for growing grapes. The region also recieves the least amount of yearly rainfall, only about 500mm per year. This ensures gradual ripening of the grapes and extremely aromatic wines. Green apples, peach and pear flavors balance with a citrusy acidity and make this a great quencher any time of the year. Try it with traditional Alsatian-style choucrout.
