Acacia Ridge Chardonnay Yarra Valley 2006
The vibrant aromas of this wine combine sweet cr+me br++l+e with ginger, lemon curd, fennel and peach. The wine's creamy entry blossoms to a full, sweet, peach and citrus mid-palate. The finish is long with vanilla, roasted oats and nectarine flavors. A wonderful wine with richer seafood and chicken dishes, and delicious with the classic Dungeness Crab of San Francisco Bay.
Very smooth but well structured wine. I will recommend this.

This Chardonnay will live up to any nice dinner, but is subtle enough at the right price point for an any day wine. Flavors of lemon with a finish of honey. The vintner claims flavors of ginger, but we didn't catch it at any point in the tasting. Will buy again. SDWC.

The 1999 Chardonnay is a super value. There are 29,000 cases, so no complaints about availability. Copious pineapple and tangerine fruit in addition to a medium to full-bodied, refreshing style can be found in this offering. It is all barrel-fermented with one-third new oak. There is texture, ripeness, richness, and vibrancy to this delicious Chardonnay. Drink it over the next 1-2 years.
A pleasing and delicate wine, with hints of pear, apple, and citrus flavors. The ensemble is framed by light toast and herbs. Moderate on the finish.
Mmmm, sugar and spice and everything nice! This 90 point wine has aromas of apricots, pears, apples and nutmeg. However, the flavors are bursting with an initial sweetness upon mouth entry and then transition into a kind of holiday spice. It lingers in the mouth afterwards for at least a minute, continuing to evolve, blend and delight! Acacia goes fantastically with sea bass, rigatoni with shiitake mushrooms, or even lighter fare such as crab and mango salad.
Green apple, floral, spice, cream and Meyer lemon flavors are tight and vibrant, fanning out on the finish, where it gains complexity and ends with a cleansing finish. Drink now.
Here's a nicely balanced Chard that combines rich fruit with impeccable style and finesse. It's ripely forward in pineapple, mango, butterscotch, buttered toast and vanilla, and has vivacious acidity and a clean, harmonious finish.
This lovely, delicately powerful Chardonnay has a great balance of all its parts. The ripe fruit flavors are set off by crisp acids, while toasty oak and lees add complexity. The honeyed finish is rich.
