Acacia Vineyard's 2012 Pinot Noir, from the Carneros region, is 100% Pinot Noir that was hand harvested and aged 7 months in 90% French oak (20% new oak) and 10% Hungarian oak. With aromas of cherry, plum, spice and vanilla, good structure and fine tannins, this California red pairs well with salmon, chicken, pork, lamb, wild mushrooms and truffle dishes.
