The fruit for the A by Acacia Chardonnay was harvested at night and in the early morning to guard the aroma and flavors of the grapes. The grapes were received at the winery and primarily whole-cluster pressed. A combination of oak barrel toasting levels was used to provide complexity.

Wine Tasting Notes On the nose, the Acacia Winery Lake Vineyard Chardonnay combines peach, nutmeg, poached pear, vanilla and walnut. The palate is rich and sweetly fruited, with baking spice and cracked walnut on the long, soft finish.
