The finish is long with vanilla, roasted oats and nectarine flavors. A wonderful wine with richer seafood and chicken dishes, and delicious with the classic Dungeness Crab of San Francisco Bay.

The soft and inviting entry leads to liquid velvet with a spice reminiscent of roasted oats and nutmeg. The finish is tapered by crisp Carneros acids, leading to an echo of spiced and honeyed roasted apples on the palate.
