Abbaye Sainte Radegonde Sauvignon Blanc 2011

Winemaker's Notes:

Brief history of the estate: Located 20 km from Nantes, in the heart of the Nantes vineyards, Sainte Radegonde Abbaye dates from the 11th century. Its historical buildings house a fine wine museum, business offices and storage rooms, and an adjoining residence that is still occupied by the family today. Spread across 210 hectares and certified "structured agriculture" since 2004, common knowledge of the various domains' terroir is very well respected. Serve at 8°-10°C and pair with cooked pork meats and goat cheese.
