From vines planted on chalky clay soils in Faugères. La Closeraie is the original cuvée of the Abbaye Sylva Plana, a monastic order that had been making wine for over 5 centuries. Now in the hands of two forward-thinking vignerons, wines from this historic location are fresh, berry fruity with a softened texture and perfect for the contemporary palate.
