A To Z Wineworks Chardonnay Oregon 2008
The A to Z Oregon Chardonnay has an expansive aromatic profile of lime blossoms, wet stones, lemon honey, tangerine, guava, granny smith apple and brioche. In the mouth, the wine is bright and intense with good complexity and balance between acid and richness. Classic Oregon steely Chardonnay with a long, clean finish with lingering mineral and citrus notes.
Fine chard, exceptional taste of pear on the mid palate, bit onthe semi-sweet side and for the price, I'm off to the store for more. This is Oregon country chardonnay

Impressively bright for the price, this wineandrsquo;s lemon flavors and leesy scents have an angular, high-toned acidity. It is ideal to chill for cocktail hour.
A perfect example of cool-climate Chardonnay - this is one white that will go with almost anything. Subtle oak, deft acidity and a creamy blend of apple fruit and nutmeg spice make this extremely palate-engaging. A to Z is known for its excellent and affordable Pinot Noir, so this is a very pleasant surprise.
Vivid gold with green highlights. Aromatics of pear, green apple, quince, apple blossom, lime, tangerine, talc and wet stone minerality evolve to include honey, butter, nutmeg and white chocolate. In the mouth, the wine is gorgeous. The ripeness and richness of the fruit are perfectly balanced by the beautiful acidity. Concentrated and succulent with a long, clean finish, it will drink wonderfully over the next two years.
Light and lively, this features pretty pear and guava flavors, lingering gently. Drink now through 2012.
Light and appealing for its peach and melon aromas and flavors, finishing with refreshing acidity. Drink now.
It's quite the success story: This Chardonnay came about through a partnership of the two families that founded A to Z in 2001 - and A to Z is now the fastest-growing winery in the Willamette Valley. Fermented and aged mainly in stainless steel, this white wine has a bright, crisp character.
