Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Bright yellow. Intriguing scents of dried lemon rind, pear, smoked meat, pungent herbs and anise. Smells and tastes like an Old World wine, with impressive depth and powerful citrus and orchard fruit flavors complemented by herbs and dried flowers. Smoky hazelnut and macadamia notes carry through the sappy, gently chewy and surprisingly brisk finish. Irsquo;d serve this with a roasted bird or funky cheese.
