Max Gerstl: Glasklare frische Frucht, der Wein strahlt mich förmlich an, herrlich erfrischend, raffinierte Mineralität. Am Gaumen ist pure Rasse angesagt, dennoch zeigt sich der Wein total fein und zart, hat sehr viel Schmelz und ein köstlich frisches Finale. Eine sinnliche Erfrischung, einfach herrlich.

During the next generation, wine-growing grew to become their main profession. In 1894 Eduard Christmann married Henriette Häusser, the granddaughter of the founder.
