A. Christmann Riesling 2004

Member Review by barri0s1872:

This is a wonderfully dry, medium bodied, and golden colored riesling with a peach laden nose and mouthwatering acidity with slight sourness reminiscent of lemon or something citrus. It'll keep you sipping and oh so good!

One of the top estates of the Pfalz and for good reason. The Christmann winery takes no short cuts - hand harvesting, strict yield controls and ideal vineyard sites. The Pfalz has the warmest growing season of all German wine regions. The resulting wines are bigger in body with softer acidity. This is a dry Riesling with palpable acidity, orange blossoms and peach fruit. Just delicious and we dare say nutritious.
