From the volcanic soils of a picturesque island, this is a fleshy white demonstrating buckets of minerals with chalky undertones. A characterful wine that pairs better with caperberries rather than olives. .

Winemaker's Notes:

Asyrtiko is the main white grape of Santorini (one of the Greek Cyclades Islands in the South Aegean) and has a character similar to a light Sauvignon Blanc. Light yellow color with green highlights citrus flavors, and a lemon intensity, particular of the grape variety. Excellent structure, good acidity which brings out the flavors, pleasant on the finish.
