Impressive. Aromas of pink grapefruit and star fruit give way to a refreshing yet still round palate of fresh figs and lime zest. Very nicely made, unusually complex domestic SB.

Overall we enjoyed this wine, fruity but dry enough to satisfy. It does have a wonderful finish that lingered for a bit. It was quite refreshing and went wonderfully with grilled chicken and steamed veggies.

Our Sauvignon Blanc is rich and complex with aromas of ruby grapefruit, citrus and tropical fruit. On the palate, the combined flavors of fresh melon, fig and lime are balanced perfectly to form a crisp, mouthwatering texture and a lingering finish.
