The wine is a deep ruby color in the glass, while the nose is classic Syrah/Petit Sirah, bursting with jammy fruit, blackberry, cherry and a bit of strawberry along with some lovely spice notes, cinnamon, baking spice and cocoa powder. The taste is lovely and classic in the sense of an Australian Shiraz, with a burst of jammy fruit, blackberry, plum and cherry that shifts to some warm spice notes mid palate. The finish has some classic Shiraz twang as the soft tannins provide for a smooth warm finish that ideal for summer cooking. Color: Vibrant red and maroon hues extend from the core of the glass. Nose : Sweet vanilla and chocolate aromas are supported by fresh and juicy red berry fruits. Palate: Full of flavor, luscious and rich fruit is balanced by layers of vanilla oak. Finishing round and soft with an appeal that consumers find very hard to resist and keep you coming back. - Winery

Polished, expressive and distinctive, with a green olive note weaving through the ripe blueberry and spice flavors, lingering easily on the deftly balanced and medium-weight finish. Shiraz, Pinot Noir, Grenache, and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Winemaker's Notes: Dark red in the glass, its legs cascade slowly due to its concentration and power. Possessing aromas of licoricem dark fruits and vanilla, this theme carries through on the palate with loads of rich fruit all wrapped in chalky, ripe tannins persistence and structure to support the concentration of flavour.

A pretty intriguing Australian red blend comprised of Shiraz, Pinot, Grenache and Cabernet, with each bringing something to the table. The Shiraz add spice, the Pinot brightness, the Grenache juicy fruit and the Cab a bit of structure and tannin.
