Percentage Grape: 100% Syrah<br/><br/>Soil: Limestone soil.<br/><br/>Growing Climate: Continental, Mediterranean weather, composing of harsh winters and very hot summers, a climate which sparks off metabolic changes in the grape.<br/><br/>Date of Harvest: September 2004<br/><br/>Vinification Method: Grapes picked at low temperatures from own crops. This wine undergoes a criomaceration process previous to fermenting at 22°c.
