14 Hands Riesling presents fresh aromas of tangerine, lime zest and orange blossom. Winemaker's Notes:

Pinot Gris grapes were picked around 21 Brix to capture their bright, juicy style. After pressing the fruit quickly, the juice was cold settled for two days.The clean juice was inoculated with M2 & VIN13 yeasts initiating cool 14-20 day fermentations in stainless steel tanks. A small amount of Chardonnay and Riesling were added to the blend to enhance mouthfeel and aromatics.The wine was filtered just prior to bottling to ensure freshness.
