Sweet yet bitter at the sametime. Very toasty, smooth with buttery finish.
Sweet golden nose, nutty with butterscotch notes. Nice acidity. Drunk as part of a 12 course tasting menu at WD50. Paired with fried butterscotch pudding, macadamia nuts, mango and taro.
