  • Viader Tempranillo Chiles Valley Dare 2005

Great wine ... was thinking of rating this a 4 but it just fell short. Great ruby coloring with intensity in the site. Lots of spice in the nose with some red fruit underneath. Lots of spice and fruit layered in the taste with good acidity and nice finish. Read More

Currently I have been pursuing red wines. I like a Primitivo only if it has the right medieval finish. A good "porch-drinking red" would be medium bodied, full of berries, but has a memorabl... • Bodegas Rodero Tempranillo Blend Ribera del Duero Carmelo Rodero Gran Reserva 1999

I love this wine. One of my favorite Spanish wines ever. Its made by the Rodero family on their land. A true artisan-al wine. Great body, texture and balance. A rare jewel, if you can find this wine, get it don't think about it. Read More
