Andrew - thanks for commenting. I'm also a British subject, although as a Celt ... tried the Chapel Down Pinot/Rondo NV, which really want that great. I'll make sure to seek out the Brightwell when I'm next back home
Triomphe, Dornfelder, Rondo, Pinot Noir for Color! Light woodsy smell, with coffee and espresso notes. Green and woody with thin fruit and a really smokey, raw meat finish. Some chocolate on the finish as well.
Light menthol and floral notes. Very acidic - volatile acidity. Thin and slightly earthy with some strawberry notes, not good. Had to call the sommelier over - he told me that England had crap weather and I should try...

@Gregory - our winemakers are mostly enthusiasts, lately they mostly try to ... varieties as of now are rondo (red) and seyval (white)... also muscat... Apparently the relatively unfavorable climate in Poland works well...
