I did meant to say "Blanc de Noir", not Rose, but both can apply since they're both made from Pinot Noir grapes with a blend of Chardonnay and if any Pinot Meunier.  Winemakers either peel the red skins from the Pinot Noir grape or just use a short maceration process depending on the size of the vineyard.  I don't know if you've ev...
