These are sweet wines, which are made from the small thick grapes that have been left on the vine well into November in order to concentrate natural sugars. This coupled with the grapes' natural high acidity, creates the ideal combination for great dessert wine production. • Cardinal Point Vineyard and Winery Green 2013

Crisp and tart. Full of green apple notes. The vintner's interpretation of a Portugese Vinho Verde, but without the characteristic effervescence. Would be great with brats and apples, to match the apple notes on the nose and cut the fat of the sausage. Read More

  • Veritas Petit Manseng 2013

A sweeter style of Petit Manseng at 4% RS. Fortunately, the grape has enough of a natural acidic backbone it can stand up to that level of sugar. Very candied and tropical notes, not my preference. Read More

Orange, lemon, and white flowers make this unmistakably Muscat. But a little Petit Manseng blended in offers a strong acidic backbone to balance the light sweetness to this table white. Really nice. Read More
