Palomino

Name of varietal: Palomino

Common synonyms: Listan (France), Fransdurif (South Africa), Perrum (Portugal)

Parentage of the grape: native to southern Spain (Andalusia)

I enjoyed this with a light pasta primavera but it was suggested to accompany full flavored fish dishes, poultry, and most pork dishes. Read More
