All of them are indigenous to Spain, with Palomino Fino one of the most widely planted white grapes in Spain. Very brown in color with rich core. Buttery nose with cinnamon showing and a bit restrained due to it's dense nature. Fully sweet without being cloying do to a medium high acidity. Candy like in the mouth with cherries and cream flavors followed by a creamy caramel sensation. Incredibly rich without being difficult to drink. 4/5 [NR] Read More

Palomino Fino/Chardonnay blend Light golden color. The nose shows peachs, apple, nuts and fresh kiwi. In the mouth there is a medium acidity and body to match. Flavors of green apple, pear, cream and light butterscotch. Really a surprising little wine. 3.5/5 [NR] Read More

Lightly golden in color with a brilliant clarity. The nose is salty with flowers, raw almond, filburt, light wood polish, though I really get a creamy flower like aroma followed by some honeydew. The palate has a high acidty with a very dry but lingering finish. Flavors are a bit austere, and delicate. The flowers show up from nose but I'm left ... Read More

Not that different in color from their regular amontillado which averages 10-15yrs in age. Nose of sweet carmel, brown sugar, vanilla cake dough, and a salt sea air quality. Flavors are dusty melon, nuts, a light wood varnish, almonds, and lasts for over 30seconds. Very similar to the younger version except for the fact that the flavors seem mor... Read More

Deep dark brooding brownish red color. Nost of roasted salted nuts, cherry, carmel, clove, some oxidative notes, plum, raisen, and prunes. Not as thick as some PX's I've had but none the less heavey more like a port wine. Flavors of burnt sugars, plum, raisen, brandy, cinanmon, cloves. Absoulutely incredible. The finish is still with me after 3 ... Read More
