Parentage of the grape: It is the product of a cross between Muscat a Petits Grains Blancs and an unknown variety. It is considered a member of the Muscat family.
History of the grape: This golden-berried grape is one of dozens of strains of Muscat. It makes both sweet and dry wines in its native Trentino-Alto-Adige.
Characteristics of the grape: good acidity, with pronounced aromatics -- florals, yellow fruit
