Merlot on Snooth

  • Kendall-Jackson Grand Reserve Merlot 2013

    Snoothrank:

Soft red fruit aromas of raspberry and sweet cherry with a bit of chalky earth and some floral notes on the nose. Dusty and dry in the mouth, this delivers a rich red fruit palate with a dose of medicine and dark chocolate towards the finish. Good acidity and fresh earthiness towards the finish add some complexity here. Read More

  • Colpetrone Montefalco Rosso 2011

    Snoothrank:

Powdered sugar on the nose with a high fruit top note of cherry compote and floral salinity adding some complexity. In the mouth this has delicate fruit on entry but a well structured palate of chewy tannins and mixed berry notes of raspberry and blueberry, finishing floral with hints of red licorice and fresh cream.
