    Snoothrank:

Dusty and dry but quite fruity aromas of plum, raisin and red currant. Nicely spiced and red fruited on the palate with raspberry, red currant and Bing cherry flavors with a touch of herb clinging to the edges and streaks of resinous tannin coming through on the chocolatey finish. 89 pts Read More

  • I've just become interested in wine recently and still trying to figure out my palate. Any suggestions for something fairly inexpensive (under $10 or $15) and maybe a couple in the $25-$30 range? I've been told I have fairly mature taste for a newbie. I enjoy cabernet sauvignon and merlot, a thicker richer wine. Thanks for any suggestions.

  • Is there someone who can write a description for this varietal similar to the one for Pinot Noir? I loved reading that one, and would love to read about many different grapes. Please point me in the write direction if I am looking in the wrong place. Gantt
