Bual on Snooth
Incredibly rare and amazingly complex, this gem of still shows its complete spectrum of candied citrus, pancakes and light syrup, roasted walnuts, and a mineral driven finish. Simply astounding!
Really beautiful Bual, probably one of my favorites. Toasted walnuts, hazelnuts, maple and light-roast coffee.
Sweet but not cloying, tones of butterscotch and creme brulee with fine backbone acidity and a long finish. Great by itself or with cheese or nuts. We served it with classic flan. If there is any left over, it keeps on...

A question for the board. A bottle of 1900 Old Bual has been floating around my house since I was a kid. My father got it from someone, etc etc. The bottle/seal looks to be in relatively decent condition. Is anyone...
Vintage dated madeiras are fantastic but can be pricey. A nice 15 year old Bual is a good intro to the world of madeira and shouldn't be to expensive.
